Yoga Club Classes

Yoga is comprised of strengthening, stretching, controlled breathing, meditation and various physical postures designed to cleanse the body, unlock energy paths, and move you into a heightened state of awareness. Any and all of which directly increase the amount of vital life-force energy running through your subtle-energy body. This also energises and oxygenates the cells, both strengthening your immune system and increasing your body’s ability to burn fat. But apart from helping to improve things like circulation, metabolism and even digestion, yoga helps you to eat more wisely by having a calming effect on your emotions. There are currently no classes running at this stage - please check back in February 2012 for class times.
