Meditation Classes

In today's busy world, and in our increasingly hectic lives, we need desperately to still the mind to help us reconnect with our ‘self.’ Our classes enhance self-knowledge and inspire personal growth, without demanding years of practice.
Classes typically run for 1hr, including 10minutes theory, 40minutes meditation and 10 minutes discussion. Meditation is suited to almost anyone who would like to learn more about themselves and is also an excellent stress relaxation technique.
Classes will recommence February 2012 - stay posted for exact times.
